Ingredients

1½ | pounds | Chuck |
½ | pounds | Chick peas; dry |
3 | eaches | Garlic Cloves; chopped |
Salt and Pepper to taste | ||
1 | each | Calf's Foot; cut up |
2 | eaches | Onions; chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Chili Powder |
6 | eaches | Eggs |
Directions
DIRECTIONS: Place all the ingredients except the eggs in a large casserole or heavy pot. Wash the eggs, leaving on the shells, and place them carefully on the other ingredients. Cover with water to the top. Cover the casserole or pot tightly, first with a piece of foil and then with a pot cover. Bake overnight or all day in a 250F oven. Eggs will be browned but not hard.
