Ah so good fried rice*

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons WESSON oil
¾ cup Chopped bacon or cook ham
1 teaspoon Minced fresh garlic
½ teaspoon Minced gingerroot
3 eaches Eggs, well beaten
3 cups Cold cooked rice
1 can LA CHOY chop suey vegetables
Drained (14 oz)
1 can LA CHOY sliced water
Chestnuts, drained
(8 oz)
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Chopped green onions

Directions

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add bacon, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook until softly scrambled, stirring occasionally. Stir in all remaining ingredilents except green onions; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions.
