Ah so good fried rice*

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | WESSON oil |
¾ | cup | Chopped bacon or cook ham |
1 | teaspoon | Minced fresh garlic |
½ | teaspoon | Minced gingerroot |
3 | eaches | Eggs, well beaten |
3 | cups | Cold cooked rice |
1 | can | LA CHOY chop suey vegetables |
Drained (14 oz) | ||
1 | can | LA CHOY sliced water |
Chestnuts, drained | ||
(8 oz) | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | cup | Chopped green onions |
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add bacon, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook until softly scrambled, stirring occasionally. Stir in all remaining ingredilents except green onions; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions.
