Allergy granola cereal

Ingredients

8 | cups | Rolled oats |
1 | cup | Unsalted raw sunflower seeds |
1 | cup | Sesame seeds or flax seeds |
1 | cup | Sliced almonds or other nuts |
1 | cup | Raw wheat germ or corn grits |
1 | cup | Dessicated coconut OR 1 cup lecithin granules |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Powdered skim milk |
1 | cup | Vegetable oil |
1 | cup | Liquid honey, or corn syrup |
2 | cups | Raisins or currants |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients (do not add raisins) Blend in oil and honey.
Bake on broiler tray at 250F for 1-½ hours, stirring every half hour. Add raisins after cooking, while still warm. If you use salted sunflower seeds, do not add extra salt.
