Anise vodka

| 2 | ounces | Star anise |
| 2 | ounces | Sugar |
Directions
Put the anise into the vodka, breaking up the pieces if necessary.
Add the sugar. Replace the top and give the bottle a good shake every day until the sugar is dissolved. Keep for a month or more before using.
