| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Anise seed |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅔ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
Directions
Beat the eggs and sugar together. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased loaf pan 20 minutes at 370 degrees.
When cool, remove from pan and cut into 1 inch slices.
