Ingredients

1 | pounds | Bulk sausage |
6 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 | slices | White bread; cubed |
1 | cup | Grated sharp cheddar cheese; (4 ozs.) |
Directions
Crumble, saute and drain sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
