Ingredients

8 | slices | Canadian bacon or ham |
8 | slices | American cheese |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | dash | Pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¼ | cup | Minced onion |
¼ | cup | Minced bell pepper (up to) |
2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire |
3 | cups | Milk |
1 | dash | Red pepper |
1 | Stick butter; melted | |
1 | cup | Crushed potato chips or corn flakes |
Directions
In 9x13 casserole, layer 8 slices bread, bacon, cheese and 8 slices bread.
Combine salt, pepper, mustard, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, milk and red pepper. Pour over bread and let stand overnight. Pour butter on top; cover with chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
