Apple cake 2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Eggs
1½ cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cups Sifted Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Diced Apples
1 cup Walnuts

Directions

Mix first four ingredients at high speed for 3 min. Add dry ingredients slowly. Fold in Apples and Nuts, pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
