Apple cinnamon pops (motts)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Carton; (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1 cup Apple Sauce; *see note
1 tablespoon Honey
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
6 Cold drink cups; (3-oz.)
6 Wooden sticks

Directions

In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well. Fill each cup with about ⅓ cup yogurt mixture.

Place cups in freezer until partially frozen, about 1 hour.

Insert sticks; freeze until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, remove drink cups.

Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Either plastic popsicle molds or ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing cinnamon-flavored yogurt pops.
