20 | grams | Lemon Juice |
10 | grams | Almond Oil |
10 | grams | Wheatgerm Oil |
10 | grams | Egg White |
20 | drops | Essential oil of Marigold |
Directions
1. Peel and core the apple. Remove any discoloured parts and dice. 2. Place in a blender add all the other ingredients and blend for a minute at low speed and a minute at high speed.
Depending on the amount of juice in the apple, the cream may be too wet or too dry. If so, add a teaspoon of rice flour or more lemon juice and blend for another minute.
