Apple tapioca

4 | cups | Peeled, sliced apples |
½ | cup | Brown sugar |
¾ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Instant tapioca |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
1 | cup | Boiling water |
Directions
In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon juice over top.
