Apple-nut bread

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
4 cups All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Salad oil
¼ cup Commercial sour cream
2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Gradually add sugar to eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream, beating well after each addition. Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.

Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350~ for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pans 5 minutes; turn out on wire racks to finish cooling.
