Applesauce - sugar free

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 mediums Apples; pared,cored,quarterd
¼ cup Water; to 1/2 cup
2 Sticks cinnamon
¼ cup Nutrasweet Spoonful

Directions

Combine apples, water and cinnamon. Cover and simmer until very tender, about 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon. Mash apples until smooth. Stir in sweetener.

NOTES : I use a couple of dashes of ground cinnamon instead of stick cinnamon.
