Applesauce tea bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup White flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
8 ounces Applesauce
1 each Egg
1 cup Skim milk

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the applesauce, then the egg and milk. Pour into nonstick loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50 min.

Remove and cool. Cal: 77 (slice); Fat: 1/10g.
