Baked chicken parmesean

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Broiler fryer; cut up; skinned
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brush chicken with mayonaise: coat with combined remaining ingredients.

Place in 9+13 inch bakiang dish. Bake at 350° 1 hour or until tender.

NOTES : Variations Substitute 1 pound fish fillets for chicken.. Reduce mayo to ⅓ cup, crumbs to ½ cup and parmesan cheese to ¼ cup. Reduce baking time to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
