Baked lamb cutlets in honey sesame marinade

1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
2¾ | teaspoon | Dry sherry |
1¾ | tablespoon | Honey |
⅛ | teaspoon | Five-spice powder |
¾ | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
¾ | teaspoon | Sesame seeds |
8 | Lamb rib chops; trimmed |
Directions
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 35 min, plus refrigeration time.
Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a bowl. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350øF. Place lamb chops on a wire rack over a baking dish. Bake about 35 minutes, brushing with marinade occasionally, or until lamb chops are tender.
