Banana rice pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Rice milk or nonfat milk
1 cup Short grain rice (arborio,
Sweet, etc)
3 Bananas, mashed (I assume
They meant to say \"very ripe
Bananas\")
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Preheat over to 350F. Mix all together well and pour into a 1½ qt casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Makes 4 cups.
