Basic salsa #2

Ingredients

16 | ounces | Canned tomatoes, drained, finely chopped OR |
1 | pounds | Fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped |
4 | ounces | Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chopped (jalapenos if desired) |
½ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Cilantro |
Directions
Mix all ingrediants, cover and refrigerate several hours.
