Basic salsa #2

2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Canned tomatoes, drained, finely chopped OR
1 pounds Fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped
4 ounces Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, chopped (jalapenos if desired)
½ cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cilantro

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, cover and refrigerate several hours.
