1.00 Bunch green onions depending on tas
1.00 Serrano chiles, thinly diced
2.00 each Chilies = mild sauce
3.00 each Chilies = medium sauce
5.00 each To 7 = hot ( 1 to 1 ratio with toma
1.00 Celantro
1.00 tablespoon Salt

Directions

The finer you dice the chilis, the better.

Celantro: use the leafy part for coloring and flavor. Do not use a lot it is tangy. 1 T salt to taste.
