1 | large | Onion, diced |
2 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
½ | Green bell pepper, diced | |
½ | Red bell pepper, diced | |
2 | cups | Canned no salt added tomatoes |
1 | cup | Cooked kidney beans |
½ | teaspoon | Chili powder or to taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1½-qt. baking dish with Pam. Brown meat in a medium size skillet; drain off fat. Ad onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder.
Spoon mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake 1 ½ hours. Remove cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
