Beef carpaccio

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Beef tenderloin sliced
½ each Lettuce
3/16 each Celery
¼ each Parmesan
3/16 each Olive oil
½ each Lemon juice
½ each Mustard
Salt and pepper
Put lettuce in the middle of plate.
Top with sliced beef.
Top with celery and parmesan.
Mix with olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.
