Belgian waffle dessert

2¼ | cup | Cold 2% lowfat milk |
1 | pack | (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Grated lemon peel |
1 | cup | Thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping |
10 | smalls | Frozen Belgian or regular waffles, toasted |
2 | cups | Strawberries, sliced |
1 | cup | Raspberries |
1 | cup | Blueberries or blackberries |
Directions
Pour milk into large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix, lemon juice, and peel. Beat with wire wisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
For each dessert, spoon about 3 Tablespoons pudding mixture onto each dessert plate; top with waffle, and additional 2 Tablespoons pudding mixture and a scant ½ cup combined fruit. Garnish if desired. Repeat for remaining desserts as needed. Store any leftover pudding mixture and fruit in refrigerator. Makes 10 servings.
