Blackcurrant cordial

1 | 1/2-inch stick of cinnamon | |

2 | ounces | Sugar (to taste) |
Few scented geranium leaves fluid ounces Spanish brandy or vodka |
Directions
Place the juice, cinnamon, sugar and geranium leaves in a suitable bottle. Fill up with brandy or vodka. Cap firmly and shake well.
Leave in a warm place for a few days to dissolve the sugar and then keep in a cool place for a month before straining through muslin or flannel into clean bottles.
