Ingredients

2 pounds Fresh Mozzarella
6 larges Garlic Cloves
½ cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
¾ teaspoon Crushed Hot Red Pepper

Directions

Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Coarsely chop the garlic. Combine the garlic and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the oregano and hot pepper.

Add the mozzarella cubes and toss gently until the cheese is well coated with the oil and seasonings. Serve with toothpicks.
