2 | pounds | Fresh Mozzarella |
6 | larges | Garlic Cloves |
½ | cup | Extra-Virgin Olive Oil |
2 | tablespoons | Dried Oregano |
¾ | teaspoon | Crushed Hot Red Pepper |
Directions
Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Coarsely chop the garlic. Combine the garlic and olive oil in a large bowl. Stir in the oregano and hot pepper.
Add the mozzarella cubes and toss gently until the cheese is well coated with the oil and seasonings. Serve with toothpicks.
