Ingredients

1 cup Celery, chopped
½ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 each Onion, chopped
1 can Tomatos (lg. can)
2 cups Tomato sauce
1 x Salt to taste
½ cup Sherry
1 cup Red wine
1 x Oregano, bayleaf, pepper
1 x Sweet basil, fresh garlic
2 pounds Cracked crab, clams
1 x Prawns, shrimp &/or scallops

Directions

Braise onions, celery, chopped garlic & parsley in olive oil. Add all other ingredients except seafood. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add seafood, simmer at least ½ hour more. Serve with fresh french bread and butter. Submitted By LINDA SATTERFIELD On 10-14-94
