Bread crumb pie crust

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Bread crumbs
Broth or water
Salt; pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Directions

Mix crumbs with seasonings and enough liquid to hold together. Press into pie pan. If desired, prebake at 350F till dried. Fill, bake and serve.

Serving Ideas : Use as low-fat crust for quiches.
