Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Pork sausage (will probably try Jimmy Dean hot next time)
1 pack Refridgerated crescent rolls
1 cup Frozen hash browns - thawed
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese (I added extra Cheddar and a little bit of Mozzarella cheese)
5 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan

Place in ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center (I skipped this and just lay the dough in the bottom of a 9x13" pyrex dish). Seal perforations.

Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top wiuth cheese. In a bowl, whip together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over cheese.

Sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
