1 | pack | Refridgerated crescent rolls |
1 | cup | Frozen hash browns - thawed |
1 | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese (I added extra Cheddar and a little bit of Mozzarella cheese) |
5 | Eggs | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Grated Parmesan |

Date: Fri, 21 Jun 1996 13:48:03 -0700 From: Dot & Tim McChesney <jrjet@...> Brown sausage and drain grease. Seperate crescents into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12" pizza pan with points toward center (I skipped this and just lay the dough in the bottom of a 9x13" pyrex dish). Seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top wiuth cheese. In a bowl, whip together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
