Broccoli and pasta^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 teaspoons Minced galric
2 teaspoons Dried basil
3 tablespoons Chicken stock
¼ cup White wine
8 ounces Shell or tricolored
Corkscrew pasta, cooked and
Drained
4 cups Broccoli florets, steamed
Until crunchy
2 tablespoons Lowfat yogurt
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan

Directions

Saute onion, garlic and basil in stock until soft. Combine pasta, yogurt, broccoli, onion mixture and cheese. Toss to combine. Eat.
