Broccoli casserole diane

Ingredients

1 | pack | Frozen broccoli; thawed |
1 | Egg | |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
Other seasonings (garlic; etc.) to taste | ||
1 | can | (small) creamed corn |
½ | Stick butter or margarine | |
1 | cup | Pepperidge Farm dressing mix |
Directions
Beat egg with seasonings. Add broccoli, corn and ½ cup dressing; mix well. Place in a casserole. Melt butter and add ½ cup dressing. Mix well to moisten dressing. Place on top of broccoli mixture in casserole. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until topping is brown and casserole is heated through. Serves 4.
