Broccoli pecan casserole

2 | packs | (10oz) frozen chopped or whole broccoli |
1 | can | (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
¾ | cup | Chopped pecans |
2 | Eggs; well beaten | |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped (or 1 1/2 tablespoons dry onion flakes) |
1 | cup | Shredded sharp cheese |
Buttered bread crumbs about 2 cups |
Directions
Creative Cooking with Pecans
Cook broccoli with salt as directed on package. Drain. Add soup and mayonnaise and chopped pecans. Mix well. Add eggs and onion. Pour into greased 1½ or 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
