cup Broccoli stems; well-cooked
tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Cumin
teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Tomato; diced
1 Onion, green; sliced
1 Chili pepper, green; chopped

Directions

Place broccoli stems, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. For best flavor, chill before serving.
