2 cups Broccoli flowerets --
Chopped
Cooked and chilled
¼ cup Sour cream -- light
2 tablespoons Minced onions
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip® light --
Fat-free
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Chili powder -- or 1/2 tsp
Raw vegetables or baked
Torilla chips

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine the first six ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic Exchanges: One servings (3 Tablespoons) equals 1 vegetable; also 27 calories, 33 mg sodium, 5 mg cholesterol, 3 gm carbohydrate, 2 gm protein, 2 gm fat.
