Brochette of chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Chicken breast, cut in 1\" cubes
½ bunch Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Cumin
Salt and white pepper, to taste
¾ cup Olive oil
2 drops Yellow food coloring
8 8\" skewer sticks

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken.

Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes.
