Brock's spinach dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 ounces Fresh Spinach (rinsed)
16 ounces Sour Cream
1 pint Mayonnaise
4 Individual packages dried vegetable soup mixes (cup of soup)
1 Medium sized Onion

Directions

Mix sour cream, mayonaise and vegetable soup mix together in a bowl.

Add finely chopped, uncooked spinach and finely diced onion to other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and chill for at least 1 hour.

Makes 1 quart.
