Broiled sweet potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Sweet Potatoes; cooked
3 tablespoons Butter Or Margarine; melted
cup Cornflake Crumbs
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Directions

Cut each potato lengthwise into finger-like strips. Coat with butter.

Combine crumbs and sugar. Roll sweet potato pieces in crumb mixture. Broil 3 inches from flame until lightly brown.
