Browned rice and pork chop casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Pork chops; 3/4\" thick
½ cup Raw rice
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Onion; sliced
1 can Beef gravy
Pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. Trim fat and sprinklw chops with season salt. Brown in non stick frying pan. Remove to casserole. Add rice to frying pan, stir and brown. Stir in gravy, water, salt and pepper. Arrange sliced onions over top of chops. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done.
