Butter cookies with raspberry preserves

½ cup Confectioner's sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups Flour
Raspberry preserves

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add the flour and mix well. Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls and place on ungrased baking sheets. In the center of each cookie, press lightly with your thumb and fill the centers with raspberry preserves.

Bake for 10 mins, or until lightly golden.
