Cabbage salad

2 | eaches | Cooked chicken breasts, cut bite size |
2 | eaches | Packages Top Ramen noodles (w/o flavor packets) broken up |
½ | cup | Sliced almonds |
1 | bunch | Green onions, finely chopped |
Sesame seeds, optional | ||
1½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
3 | tablespoons | MSG (optional) |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
¾ | cup | Oil |
7 | tablespoons | Mild light rice vinegar |
Directions
DRESSING
In a large bowl combine cabbage, chicken, noodles, almonds, onion and sesame seeds. In a small bowl combine garlic, MSG, salt, sugar, pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Put dressing in salad about 40 minutes before serving to soften noodles.
