Canned cherry crisp

Ingredients

1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon Almond extract
¼ cup Rolled oats, uncooked
¼ cup Toasted coconuts
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine, softened

Directions

Pour cherry pie filling into an 8-inch, round microwave-safe dish.

Sprinkle with almond extract. Spread mixture evenly in dish.

In a small bowl, combine oats, coconut, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well.

Cut in butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over cherry filling.

Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100% power) 4 to 5 minutes (rotating dish twice), or until filling is hot and bubbly.
