Cashew lettuce salad

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | cup | Olive oil |
⅓ | cup | Apple cider vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Poppy seed |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
Blend above ingredients in blender until very well mixed if not blended enough this will seperate. | ||
1 | Head lettuce washed; torn into bite size pieces. | |
1 | can | Cashews |
Directions
Toss salad, cashews and ⅓ of dressing right before serving.
This salad does not hold over night. This is a family favorite.
