Spinach and cashew salad

cup Chopped raw spinach leaves
½ cup Watercress
4 Green onions; sliced
cup Cashews
½ cup Croutons
Vegan salad dressing (your favorite one)

Directions

Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat immediately while crisp.
