Cauliflower salad #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Head lettuce; chopped
1 pounds Bacon; fried, drained, crumbled
1 Head cauliflower; separated into florets
cup Sugar
½ cup Mayonnaise
cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place lettuce in bottom of 9x13 dish. Sprinkle bacon over lettuce. Layer florets over bacon. Sprinkle with sugar, spread with mayonnaise and top with cheese. Chill overnight. Toss and sprinkle with salt and pepper over salad to taste. Serves 10-12.
