Fresh cauliflower salad

Ingredients

1 | medium | Head cauliflower; sliced |
2 | Ribs celery; chopped | |
1 | medium | Green pepper; chopped |
¾ | cup | Sliced stuffed olives |
½ | pounds | Cheddar cheese; cubed |
1 | Bottle (8-oz) Caesar salad dressing | |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
1 | dash | Worcestershire sauce |
Salt to taste | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
Optional dressing in place of Caesar dressing: | ||
1 | cup | Hellmann's mayoonaise |
¼ | cup | Garlic French dressing |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
