Chafing dish crabmeat^

Ingredients

2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | Capers |
1 | tablespoon | Prepared horseadish |
1 | teaspoon | Grated lemon rind |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
2 | dashes | Hot sauce |
1 | pounds | Fresh crabmeat, drained and |
Flaked | ||
Mebla toast or toast points |
Directions
In a saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat gently. Cover and chill up to 1 day, if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.( Do not boil.) Pour mixture into a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with melba toast.
