| 4 | drops | Cointreau |

| Laurent Perrier Champagne | ||
| Orange Peel Twist | ||

Directions
Place the sugar lump in a flute. Add the bitters, then the cointreau and cognac. Top up with champagne and serve with the orange twist and cherry on a stick.
