Champagne cocktail connaught

1 Lump Sugar
4 drops Angustura Bitters
4 drops Cointreau
4 drops Cognac
Laurent Perrier Champagne
Orange Peel Twist
1 Cherry

Directions

Place the sugar lump in a flute. Add the bitters, then the cointreau and cognac. Top up with champagne and serve with the orange twist and cherry on a stick.
