1½ | cup | Boiling water |
2 | cups | Cold seltzer or club soda |
1 | can | Mandarin orange segments; drained (11 ounces) |
1 | cup | Sliced strawberries |
Directions
Place the gelatin in a large heat-proof bowl and add the boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in the cold seltzer. Chill for 1½ hours, or until slightly thickened. Add the oranges and strawberries, blending well. Pour into a 6-cup mold or 8 to 10 champagne glasses. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
