1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Chili powder
½ cup Water
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Smoke cook pork, then shred finely. Heat sauce ingredients 20 minutes but do not boil. Pour on pork and steep overnight. Skim fat and make pork patties. Heat and serve with cole slaw on bun.
