Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Unbleached Flour |
| ½ | pounds | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated |
| ½ | cup | Softened Butter Or Margarine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and shape in 1-inch balls. Arrange about 2 inches apart on baking sheet and bake in very hot oven (450øF) about 6 minutes.
Serve hot or cool. Makes about 4 dozen
