Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Hot sauce |
| 1 | small | Onion; chopped fine |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| Strawberry preserves | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients with spoon except preserves. Shape with hands into a ring. Fill center with strawberry preserves & put assorted crackers around ring before serving. Chill at least 3-4 hours before serving.
