Cherries and ricotta cheese bread

2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
1¾ cup Bread flour
2 tablespoons Bread flour
1½ cup Whole-wheat flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 Eggs
¾ cup Ricotta cheese
6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
⅓ cup Water
⅔ cup Dried cherries

Directions

Recipe by: Best Bread Add all ingredients except the cherries according to your manual and bake on raisin bread setting. At the beep add the dried cherries.
